Mesh Systems Achieves Microsoft Gold Independent Software Vendor Competency

Mesh Systems demonstrates best-in-class capability and market leadership through demonstrated technology success and customer commitment.

M2M Solutions provider Mesh Systems, today announced it has attained the Gold Independent Software Vendor competency, demonstrating a “best-in-class” ability and commitment to meet Microsoft Corporation’s rigid requirements when providing software solutions in today’s dynamic business environment and distinguishing itself within the top one percent of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem. In earning a Microsoft Gold Competency, Mesh Systems was required to submit the MeshVista® M2M Platform through a series of tests to qualify the solution as Microsoft Platform ready. In addition, customers were required to submit surveys about their experiences in working with the Mesh System team and the quality of the service and solution provided.

Mesh Systems provides turnkey, cloud-based, wireless M2M solutions that can be specifically tailored to speed the deployment of smart services across a wide range of industries. The feature-rich and ultra-scalable MeshVista M2M Platform enables OEM’s to connect, manage, control and gather intelligence from remote devices cost-effectively and in real-time. MeshVista unlocks the value of information from remote devices and dispersed assets – allowing users to lower costs, improve efficiency, speed the reliable delivery of critical business data and consistently deliver unsurpassed service levels.

In achieving the Gold Competency, Mesh Systems also completed a move of its third generation M2M platform, MeshVista Hydra&#153, to the Windows Azure&#153 cloud based infrastructure provided by Microsoft. This move uniquely positions and demonstrates Mesh Systems as an industry leader in M2M platforms provided to OEMs.

"Mesh Systems has a proven track record in delivering innovative M2M solutions. By leveraging the power of Windows Azure, Mesh Systems has created a scalable solution that can easily grow with the needs of its customers throughout the world,” said Rodney Sloan, Azure Principle Platform Strategy Advisor at Microsoft.

The highly complex and technical nature of M2M solutions requires a company that has a deep understanding of all facets of the solution including embedded software and hardware, wireless networks and protocols, middleware applications and server side technologies.

“Mesh Systems recently completed the move to a cloud based infrastructure with our M2M platform to meet our OEM customers’ huge resource and data requirements”, said Doug Brune, Mesh Systems Chief Operating Officer. In connecting thousands of endpoints each year, our solutions must be highly scalable, stable and secure to enable deployment of massive numbers of endpoints. The use of the Microsoft cloud, Windows Azure has been instrumental in helping us accomplish the move to the cloud and scaling our infrastructure.”
